SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICENotice Number: -75N94020Q00001 NAICS Code: 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance)NAICS Size Standard: $20.50This is a Small Business Sources Sought Notice. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for information solicited on this notice.Requirement:The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business or HUBZone small businesses capable of providing Bronze Support Plan, for HiSeq 3000 Bronze Support Plan.The NIDDK Genomics Core Laboratory provides next-generation sequencing (NGS) services for the entire Institute. The HiSeq 3000 sequencing instruments are used to provide those services and are responsible for ~90% of the NGS data generated by the Core. Continuous operation of these instruments is essential to our user base. We require a maintenance contract to minimize disruptions in our NGS service. Responses to this notice shall contain enough information to establish the interested parties bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include certification by the OEM that you are authorized to provide services. All Capability Statements sent in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE are due no later than 11:00 AM (EST), November 25, 2019. Responses and/or submissions via Facsimile will not be accepted. All questions pertaining to this notice must include the Notice Number specified above. CAPABILITY STATEMENTS RECEIVED AFTER SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive an award, Contractor must be registered and have a valid certification in the System for Award Management (SAM), formerly known as Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
