- This is a Market Survey to locate sources of supply for CCA NSNs 5998-01-657-5402, 5998-01-651-4128 and 5998-01-485-7882. The Government plans to issue spot-buys for these items. These circuit cards are part of the multiplexer, TD-1476X(P)/U, which are used in multiple platforms including the AN/TRC-190EV3, -190FV3, and the Phoenix systems.Detailed technical data such as engineering drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures for manufacture and acceptance of these items are NOT available from the Army. The Technical Data Package for these items are proprietary to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS). Interested sources that are capable of furnishing these items must send their responses describing in detail their ability in meeting the Government requirements. Responses shall be submitted in writing through email to U.S. ARMY CECOM, ATTN: FCDD-ISP-CS, Tony Lui at tony.c.lui.civ@mail.mil. The responses MUST include documentation to demonstrate the interested sources' capability of supplying these items, and copy of purchasing order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the items that will be form, fit and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing circuit card assemblies. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army and that will be delivered on time. Pertinent information received from this market survey will be evaluated by the Government technical personnel for the purpose of planning. The Government will not reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any information received and any costs incurred in responding, or for subsequent exchanges of information.Information in response to this market survey should be received by the Government by the close of business 06 December 2019.All SSA responses should be emailed to the Technical and Competition Advocate Points of Contact at the email addresses listed below. If so, please elaborate on the Program and Assessment tool(s).8) Describe your company's experience in identifying the alternatives for the unavailability of obsolete materials or components to mitigate obsolescence issues.9) Discuss your company's capability in meeting US Government contracting delivery requirements.10) Do you have product/s or keep products in stock?This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning and market research purposes only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from this announcement will be used to determine if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for Small Business. Furthermore, the Government will use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and to assist in making future acquisition strategy decisions. This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal.
