Description

The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) Chief Procurement Office intends to negotiate with Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, Inc., located in Washington, DC, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, for providing professional association membership and HNI codes.The unique technical specifications for the service are memberships in the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) and the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) and the provision of HNI codes.The NAICS Code is 813920 - Professional membership associations, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. FirstNet anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, Inc., for this requirement.Interested parties who can demonstrate they could satisfy the requirements listed above for FirstNet must clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. Please limit responses to five (5) pages or less. Responses should include the following information:1. Name of company that will provide product.2. Name of company that will manufacture the product.3. Spec sheets and examples of products that meet the specifications.4. Typical lead time to deliver the product after receipt of order.5. Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in developing our minimum specifications and finalizing our market research.This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.If competitive procedures are not used it is estimated that an award will be issued by 12/15/2019. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to chendra.conklin@firstnet.gov. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received at chendra.conklin@firstnet.gov no later than 10:00 am Mountain on 11/25/2018.
