Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Hardware Section (DITCO-PL8322), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with HiRel Connectors, Inc. for acquisition of the brand name HiRel Electrical Connectors. The regulatory authority permitting this sole source acquisition is Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform within 5 days of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: charice.l.manor.civ@mail.mil. The estimated date of award is December 5, 2019. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334417.
