Description: Remove all solid waste at all collection points in USAG Humphreys prior to container reaching 90% capacity while maintaining a clean, orderly appearance at each collection point. The disposal cost of segregated trash will be paid by weight. The Contractor shall consider factoring in distances and traffic conditions when estimating trash schedules and surge dumpster requirements in USAG Humphreys.
