The Government proposes to acquire, on an Indefinite Delivery Requirement (IDR) contract, a guaranteed total minimum contract quantity of 15 each with an estimated total contract quantity of 115 each of a NOUN: COLER, LUBRICANTINGO; NSN: 2935-01-112-2980; Part Number: 145DS517-5 applicable to the BK CH-47 (CHINOOK).Production Lead Time (PLT) is 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA), with delivery’s to DODAAC SW3211 for Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000.This item is restricted to The Boeing Company (CAGE CODE: 77272) and Triumph Thermal Systems, Inc. (CAGE CODE: 78943).The technical data for this part has undergone full screening per the DFARS PGI 217.7506, Spare Parts Breakout Program. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 1B. This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time from the indicated approved source(s) of supply. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing).All offeror’s must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
