INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Atlantic Test Range (ATR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed price contract with Shea Contrete Products for a custom concrete pillar requirement. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ).ELIGIBILITYThis requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238190, Size Standard 16.5 Million, PSC code 5440. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside.Anticipated Delivery DateAll required should be delivered to the Government NLT 31 March 2020.ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPEThis is a Firm-Fixed Price procurement, therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.REQUIREMENTSPlease see attached Solicitation # N0042120Q0051.SUBMITTAL INFORMATIONTechnical Acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this synopsis/solicitation.
