- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is requesting brand name or equal procurement information for Syngo.Via software application licenses, including installation and training for a firm fixed-price contract at The VA Northern California Health Care System at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. Syngo.Via is a three-dimensional imaging software solution used for viewing/reading, manipulation, communication and storage of medical images. This software supports the interpretation and evaluation of examinations within healthcare institutions such as radiology, nuclear medicine and cardiology and provides qualitative and quantitative information from images and results.CT (Computed Tomography) Syngo.via imaging software provides dedicated tools for a wide range of clinical fields to included but not limited to; Cardiovascular care, Neurology, oncology, acute care and Dual Energy applications.Ml (Molecular Imaging) syngo.via imaging software provides tools for clinical fields to included but not limited to; oncology, cardiology, neurology and nuclear medicine. Ml (Molecular Imaging) syngo.via imaging software can facilitate multi-modality image fusion I.E. Combining images from CT and PET, quantification and reproducibility of results.The VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) is requesting procurement information on (Quantity 3) perpetual licenses agreement for products to be used in conjunction with the following Imaging Modalities: (Quantity 4) CT Imaging systems Somatom Emotion 16 SLICE and Aquilion One Genesis 640, (Quantity 4) SPECT/CT Imaging systems Symbia T2 and T6, and (Quantity 1) PET/CT Imaging systems Biograph mCT Flow throughout VA NCHCS including installation and training. These licenses shall also be upgraded at no additional cost once approved through the VA Technical Reference Model should a new revision number or updated version become available. GREY MARKET ITEMS:The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or grey market items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer s warranty. The offeror shall provide evidence of its authority to distribute the proposed equipment/system at the time of submission of its quote/offer. Please note that such evidence is subject to verification by the Contracting Officer at his/her discretion.Disclaimer and Important Notes: This Sources Sought Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response.
