Description

The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a continued, commercial requirement for local parking near the NGA facility located at 3200 S. Second Street. The requirement is for offsite parking (approximately 90 parking spaces) within a block of the facility. NGA intends to issue a sole-source solicitation to local vendor Milipore Sigma for parking access in the lot adjacent to the NGA facility. The lot is located at 3300 S. Second Street. The General Services Administration has provided delegation of authority to NGA to solicit for local, offsite facility parking pursuant to 41 C.F.R. § 102-73.240. Milipore Sigma owns the only known parking lot available for rent within a block of the NGA facility. The response time for this notice of proposed commercial contract is limited to less than 15 days based on lack of availability and urgency of continued parking in accordance with FAR 5.203(a).
