- Description
- The Delaware Army National Guard, located in Newark, DE intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to IMG College on behalf of University of Delaware, 210 South College Ave. Newark, DE 19716. IMG College/University of Delaware will provide prepared physical advertising signs, social media advertising, as well as various tabling events. The requirement will be sole sourced to IMG College/University of Delaware in order to provide the prepared physical advertising signs, social media advertising, as well as vendor space for a year long duration of the Delaware State University 2019-2020 sporting seasons. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541850 and has a size standard of $14.0 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes . However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:30a.m. EST, 29NOV2019 to: JACOB.R.LINDELL.MIL@MAIL.MIL Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determinat ion by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
