- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Allenwood, PA is awarding a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(B)(1), only one source reasonably available, to Fullington Tours, PO Box 211 Clearfield, PA 16830-0211. This award will be for Bus Services for Inmates Releasing from Federal Custody. The NAICS code is 485999 with number of employees not exceeding 1,500. The period of performance for this procurement will be from October 01, 2019 through September 30, 2020.To the best of our knowledge, this requirement can only be met through Fullington Tours. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations as no solicitation document is available. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified and approved for Fullington Tours.Other vendors who believe they can meet the above requirements may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by 4November 29, 2019 12:00 P.M. (EST). Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply Information technology services that will comply with the requirements in a satisfactory manner. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested firms must provide a Capability Statement with the following information: Company Name, Address, Point Of Contact, Telephone and Fax Number, Email Address, Business Size, and DUNS Number. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement to Fullington Tours. Responses may be emailed to amgavitt@bop.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
