Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals for the limited manufacture, assembly, and test of Common Display System equipment, spares, and associated technical services. Sources Sought Notice No. N6339418R0013 posted to FBO.gov on 11 July 2018 provides additional information regarding the requirement.The Specifications/Drawing package will be provided via DOD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/) upon written request from the Offeror to terren.jo@navy.mil and michael.d.thompson4@navy.mil. These drawings are restricted and can only be made available to DoD contractors under the Joint Certification Program.Offerors may submit comments regarding solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist at terren.jo@navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at michael.d.thompson4@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after 10 calendar days may not be answered prior to the proposal due date.
