Description

This contract for unscheduled repairs, preventative maintenance and servicesto maintain Spacesaver powered mobile storage systems and Hanel LeanLifts at Fort Jackson, SC. This procurement is being conducted under FARSubpart 13.106-1(b)(1). Patterson Pope has sole authority from SpacesaverCorporation and Hanel Storage Systems to service and distribute products totheir network of contractors. These contractors, such as Patterson Pope areunder contractual obligation to sell, service, and install Spacesaver HighDensity Mobile Storage Systems and compact shelving and Hanel StorageSystems. Parts to support these systems cannot be purchased by outsidecontractors who do not have authorization to sell and install these products.The anticipated award date is December 2, 2019. The North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310 and the sizestandard is $7.5 million. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communicationsare not acceptable in response to this notice.
