- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single award Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Spangdahlem, Germany Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe West District. Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods.DoDEA anticipates posting the solicitation on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) in 30 to 60 calendar days.No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries/questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Ms. Mileska Rodriguez at Mileska.Rodriguez@dodea.edu and Mr. John Grimes at John.Grimes@dodea.edu with the subject line “HE1254-20-R-2004 RFP Questions.” DoDEA reserves the right to send hard copies of the solicitation package directly to local vendors in the Host Nation.Interested parties are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all supporting documents and any applicable amendments posted in FBO. Except as stated above, all future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through this website.Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO to ensure you have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
