Description

This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Washington, DC. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii), CFPB intends to award a logical follow-on, sole source contract to Experian Information Solutions, Inc. 1410 K Street NW, Suite 501 Washington, DC 20005 for Consumer Credit Information support. The contract will consist of a 12 month base period, four (4)12 month option periods to be procured on a firm fixed price basis.The contractor shall provide monthly updates of credit records in the Consumer Credit Panel and quarterly updates of credit score, PIN merge, and demographic data which were originally provided under Contract TPD-CFP-12-C-0016 with Experian. In addition, at the direction of the Contracting Officer staff, the contractor shall conduct surveys on particular products and subsets of consumers from the Credit Panel. No solicitation documents are available, however parties who believe they are capable of fulfilling this requirement are encouraged to submit a statement of capabilities to Contracting Officer Catherine Palmer by email at Catherine.palmer@cfpb.gov. Statements received within 15 calendar days (2 Dec 2019)by 3:00 PM (Eastern Time), will be considered by CFPB. The Government will not recognize any costs associated with submission of information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does it restrict the Government in any way to an ultimate acquisition approach.
