Description

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a Prospectus soliciting proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate hostel accommodations and food and beverage at Golden Gate National Recreation Area.The National Park Service issued the Prospectus on November 21, 2019 under the terms described in the Prospectus. Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Part 51, the Director has determined that there is no preferred Offeror for the Draft Contract. The Prospectus is available on the National Park Service Commercial Services website at https://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm.A site visit of the concession facilities will be held on December 10, 2019. This site visit is an opportunity for all interested parties to tour the concession areas. Attendance is not required in order to submit a proposal, however attendance is encouraged as this will be the ONLY site visit provided by the NPS.You must sign up in advance to attend the site visit by emailng Sue Eibeck at sue_eibeck@nps.gov no later than December 9, 2019 to reserve a spot. The email must include the name of entity, a list of all attendees, and name of primary contact, including phone number. At that time you will receive further instructions regarding the site visit. Site visit attendees are responsible for their own lodging, meals, and incidentals, and are advised to make lodging reservations well in advance of the site visit date.
