- Page 10 of 10COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONRADIO AD AND WEBSITE PROMOTION AT THE ALBANY VAMC (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Request for Quote will be submitted through fedbizopps.gov on RFQ reference number 36C24219Q1225.(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 (eff.8/13/2019)(iv) This procurement is being issued as Open Market Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 515111, Radio Network, with a small business size standard of $32.5 Million. (v) The Contractor shall provide pricing to provide Employee Functional Development Training. See Attached table (It is not mandatory to use this table specifically, but it is encouraged. The contract specialist will need to distinguish between the varying costs of the procurement in order to make a determination on price reasonableness.)This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement is for a base period of performance of one year and four (4) provisional option year periods of performance. The guaranteed minimum award amount for the resulting contract from this solicitation is for 26 commercial spots in the base period of performance. The Maximum aggregate of orders that may be placed against the resulting contract is 250 commercial spots per period of performance. The Government does not guarantee that it will place any orders under the resulting contract in excess of the guaranteed minimum award amount.Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders or task orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from September 26, 2019 through September 25, 2020 for the base period of performance.The effective period for the resulting contract from this solicitation is the current period of performance as designated in said contract. Any order issued during the effective period of this contract and not completed within that period shall be completed by the Contractor within the time specified in the order. The contract shall govern the Contractor s and Government s rights and obligations with respect to that order to the same extent as if the order were completed during the contract s effective period; provided, that the Contractor shall not be required to make any deliveries under this contract after September 25, 2020 for the base period of performance.
