SPRINGFIELD BACKROAD ASPHALT REPLACEMENT, The anticipated release date of the solicitation package is on or about December 9, 2019, with bids being due on or about January 8, 2020.An organized site visit/pre-bid meeting is scheduled for:Date/Time: Tuesday, December 11th, 2019, at 10:15 AM CT Location: 2858 Golden Avenue Springfield, MO 65807Contractors will be required to present a valid state or federally issued photo identification card to gain access to the facility.The site visit/ pre-bid meeting is for informational purposes only. Statements or representations made during the site visit by Southwestern’s representative are not legally binding. Any changes resulting from the site visit are only official if issued through an amendment to the IFB. Contractors are required to email Ms. Pun Chittchang, Contract Specialist, at pun.chittchang@swpa.gov with the names of those planning to attend the site visit/pre-bid meeting by December 4th, 2019, 4:30pm CT. All questions resulting from the site visit must be emailed to Ms. Pun Chittchang by 4:30pm CT, December 13th, 2019.
