The purpose of amendment 0004 to solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0106 is to provide the link for the correct TDP, answers to contractorquestion, extend the closing date and add G.1, FAR Clause 52.247-60 and add M.2 to section M. Also to provide instructions to contratorson how to submit proposals.1. The corrected link for the TDP can be found at C.12:https://www.fbo.gov/notices/304702db40ad9ae92b9b879772a3005f2. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from 19 November to 09 December 2019.3. To add G.1 Transportation Account Code (TAC) for FOB Origin Shipments4. Incorporate FAR Clause 52.247-60 Guaranteed Shipping Characteristics.5. To include M.2 Method of Evaluation for FOB Origin Transportation Offers.6.
