- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Strainers and Strainer Elements to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332919 (Other metal valve and pipe fitting, fittings and specialties: hose, pipe, and tube) and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. Procurement is Brand Name only for Eaton Aeroquip LLC. items supplied by the OEM or authorized distributors. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable.The contract line items are as follows:CLIN 0001: QTY 05, STRAINER2-1/2"NPT, EATON MODEL P/N:53BTX, BRONZE, 200#, CRES 316 DIVERTER VALVE BALLS, TEFLON VALVE SEATS, BURNA-N SEALS & O-RING, QUICK OPEN STYLE COVERS, CRES 316 DRAIN PLUGS, CRES 316 VENT VALVES, 3/32 PERFORATED MONEL STRAINER ELEMENTS INCLUING THE BELOW BASKET ELEMENT. BRAND NAME ONLYCLIN 0002: QTY 10, STRAINER BASKET ELEMENTS, 3/32" PERFORATED HOLES EATON P/N: ST053025BT11TS BRAND NAME ONLYPursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluation is: (1) Technical Capability/Conformance, (2) Price, and (4) Past Performance.
