- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: AIRLIFT SUPPORT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-A085 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01 effective 12 Nov 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190531, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 Oct 2019. This is a total small business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 481219 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 0001: Freefall and Static Line Parachute Airlift Support Services QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: BD Please refer to the Performance Work Statement in the attachments for specific training requirements. Training shall be conducted in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The government will evaluate quotes that meet lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined performance characteristics of the training. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due by 21 November 2019, 1:00 PM. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) Answers will be provided by 22 November 2019, 2:00 PM. All quotes shall be submitted by 27 November 2019, 9:00 AM. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all quotes and/or questions are submitted in a timely manner by specified due date.
