The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 71 each of Noun: CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY; NSN: 5998-01-677-9236; Part Number: 13661199-1 applicable to the M-D6 (Patriot) weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 71 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX, 79916-5801. This item is restricted to Raytheon, CAGE Code: 05716.This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s) The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity’s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Governemnt engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application.All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to:usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ame-sar@mail.milAll responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
