- CA-CA NV FHC-DNA EXTRACTOR with 96 DW HeadNotice of Intent to Award Sole Source Procurement The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures, for a requirement for Lab Equipment DNA Extractor with 96 pin deep well head uses magnetic bead technology compatible with MagMAX to: Life Techologies Corporation, LLC DUNS #118793157, 3175 Staley Rd Grand Island, NY 14072. The NAICS code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory instruments, the Small Business Set-Aside is 1,000 employees. This is not a small business set-aside. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the USFWS requirements described herein may submit a response no later than 12/09/2019, by 4:30 PM (PD) for consideration must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and would not be cost or time prohibitive. Responses to this posting must be submitted in writing via e-mail only. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USFWS.
