- The VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS) within the New York/New Jersey VA Health Care Network (VISN 2), has a need for capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services providing primary care and certain specialty services in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment for the Veterans of Erie County, New York. Contractor is required to provide two facilities a main CBOC located within the city limits of Lackawanna, NY, or within the town limits of Southern West Seneca, NY (Route 16 Center Road or further South), as well as a satellite outreach clinic facility which must be located within the village limits of Springville, NY, which is located in Southern Erie County, NY. Veterans to be serviced under this contract reside primarily in Erie County, however; residency is not restricted to this county.Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist at Lauren.Helming@va.gov. Questions must be received a minimum of ten (10) business days before the closing date listed in the RFP.
