- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24620Q0105-2, will be issued on or about November 29, 2019. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires annual wall to wall inventory for their Health Care Network, Pharmacy VISN 6 Facilities, four HealthCare Centers and one Community Based Outpatient Clinic (hereafter referred to as VA, VAMC or the Government). Inclusive to these facilities are Durham, Asheville, Richmond, Fayetteville, Salisbury, Salem and Hampton.
