Amendment No. 2The Purpose of the amendment is to issue the response to concerns from Amendment 1.-----------Amendment No. 1The Purpose of the amendment is to, Revise the Proposal Submission Date from December 5, 2019 to December 23, 2019; the revised SF 33 (attachment 1) reflects the revised due date; Revise Section B, E, F, H, I, K, L, and Attachment J. 1, Statement of Objectives (the SOO is attached as Attachment 2) Issue the Pre-Proposal Conference Notes as Attachment 3 Issue the responses to questions received as Attachment 4-------------Solicitation Number 72038819R00018 is for an activity titled USAID's Esho Shikhi (Come & Learn) Activity.The overall objective of this activty is to improve the learning outcomes of marginalized Bangladeshi children in the crisis-affected district of Cox's Bazar. The Activity aims to accomplish this goal by increasing learning opportunities; improving the quality of education in selected subjects; building capacity at the district, upazila (sub-district) and community levels to plan, manage, and oversee quality education; and enhancing the aptitude of school communities to mitigate and/or manage the effects of shocks and stressors on education access and quality.This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures for which any type of organization (U.S. and Non U.S., commercial for-profit firms, educational institution, or non-profit organization) is eligible to compete. The procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 apply. U.S. Small Businesses are encouraged to apply.A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 9:00 a.m on October 28, 2019, at the American Club, Dhaka, Bangladesh. An amendment of the RFP will be issued should this date and time need to be changed. Attendance is limited to two staff per organization. Registration for the conference is required two days prior to the event via email with name and position of the attendee(s) to abakbar@usaid.gov and jfarjana@usaid.gov
