- Due date is still December 2, 2019, 9:00am Eastern Standard time. On Dec 1st, the PWS dated 20191121 was added. This was missed with Amendment 1 posting. Changes to the PWS were alread adressed in the questions and answers already posted and so the due date will not be amended. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE SUBMITTING PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRES (ATTACMENT 3) TO YOUR REFERENCES AND THEY SUBMIT THEY COMPLETED FORM TO annette.graham@dla.mil. Thank you. Watch for updates to:1. Amendment 1: SP450020R0002-0001 (SF form 30) which includes notes, changes and the updated due date.2. PWS dated 20191121.3. Attachment 1Bid Schedule dated 201911214. Attachement 4 dated 201911215. Question and Answer sheet -added. -----------------------------Please find attached here the SOLICITATION and attachment for Hazardous Waste Removal for Spain. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to waste streams management services with pick up points in and around Moron Air Base (AB) and Rota Naval Base. Contract length anticipated will be a base term of thirty (30) monthswith a 30 month option, with a period of performance starting on January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2024.This is a full and open opportunity.Please read ALL DOCUMENTS with care. The ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors AND 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors will explain the documentation required for submission, the selection method, and evaluation in more detail.The cut off date for questoins, is November November 25th, 2019 at 10:00am Eastern Standard Time.Please note that our offices are in Battle Creek, Michigan, USA (eastern time zone).
