- Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract N00421-20-D-0002, to ProtoCad Corporation, for frangible spheres that are utilized by the Advanced Dynamic Range Measurement System (ADAMS) program at the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) to perform radar measurement services for aircraft that support the Joint Strike Fighter Program, Naval Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E), Air Force and Army programs during flight test missions. The contract was awarded in the amount of $875,550.00. This acquisition was conducted on an other than full and open competition basis implemented by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.. This effort is covered under the attached, redacted Justification and Approval for Use of Other than Full and Open Competition.
