Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITHUniversal Propulsion Company, Inc. (Collins Aerospace)The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336413.The following will be procured as follows: Serviceable Shape Charge Assembly (P/N 52238-1) Qty 1The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the contract specialist below not later than, 6 December 2019, 12:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.
