- Amendment #3 -The quanitty is increased to 199 EA and the closing date is 01/06/20Amendment #2-The quantity is increased to 166 EA and the closing date is 10/09/19. Amendment #1- the quantity is increased to 159 EA, closing date is 9/13/19.Initial Posting - PR 80254904 for NSN 3040-01-161-1212, approved DLA source The Boeing Company, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-211350021-3. DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package/drawings available for this NSN. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 145 EA (See above qty change) . Inspection/Acceptance will be at origin and FOB origin, delivery 946 days ARO or less. Contractor First Article Test and Government Production Lot Test are required. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 08/05/2019, and the closing date is on or around 08/19/2019 (see revised close date above). It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM). The SAM registration address is https://www.sam.gov Currently Boeing is the only DLA approved source/sole source. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for award possibly for future procurements if approved. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Review System (SPRS).
