- Request for Proposal36C10A-20-R-0003The purpose of this notice is to confirm the due date for Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10A-20-R-0003. Prospective offerors are required to submit a proposal for the requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Satellite Communications Operations by December 15, 2019, 11:59 PM Central Standard Time.� The requirement will be a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. Questions concerning the RFP are due by December 6, 2019. VA is not responsible for any costs incurred by prospective offerors in submitting a proposal to this solicitation.
