AMENDMENT 01:***SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR FULL DETAILS***The purpose of this amendment is to correct the following items:(1) The Solicitation Number in paragraph 2 on page 1 of the Attachment titled "HARRY CLAIBORNE UPDS FY20 Solicitation" FROM: 70Z085-19-Q-P4536100 TO: 70Z085-20-Q-P4536100; AND(2) The Quotation Due Date on page 1 of the Attachment titled "HARRY CLAIBORNE UPDS FY20 Solicitation" FROM: 29 November 2019 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time TO: 03 December 2019 at 01:00 PM Pacific Time. The 03 December 2019 at 01:00PM Pacific Time due date is consistent with the due date listed on the Contract Opportunities posting.Vendors do not have to wait until 03 December 2019 to submit its quote and can submit its quote any day or time prior to the due date if it prefers. Also vendors should be aware that sometimes there are issues in electronic submission of quotes, and it takes longer than expected for the quote to arrive in the Government email(s). Since quotes must be received NOT LATER THAN 03 December 2019 at 01:00 PM Pacific Time, it is best not to wait until the last minute to email the quote/proposal.All other terms and conditions of the combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged.ORIGINAL POSTING:***SEE ATTACHED RFQ DOCUMENT FOR FULL DETAILS***This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-01 Effective 12 November 2019. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 336611 - Ship Repair with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The solicitation number is 70Z085-20-Q-P4536100.SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment 1.DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment,supplies, power, accessories, special tools and such other things as are necessary to perform various Dockside Repairs of the USCGC HARRY CLAIBORNE (WLM 561), a 175 Foot Buoy Tender, all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification.
