- The USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Francis Marion Ranger District, Buck Hall Landing, 900 Buckhall Landing Road, McClellanville, SC 29458 in Charleston County has a requirement for well to be drilled. The contractor must have a South Carolina Well Driller's License and shall follow the SC DHEC's permit (Forest Service will provide the permit) to be eligible for this award. No bonds are required. No bid guarantee is required. The Government's estimate is less than $25,000.00.The contractor must be active in the System for Award Management to be eligible for this award. The solicitation will be posted on this website, https://beta.sam.gov, on or about 3 December 2019. No pre-bid site visit is expected.
