- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations, Energy Applications, J62BG, has arequirement to purchase Gurobi Optimizer licenses and maintenance. As part of the TechnicalRefresh of Bulk BEM, it will come as a replacement for the MPSIII mathematical programmingsystem with a newer, faster, more robust package.
