- Description
- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: NSN 6KH 8145 011403452 GF, P/N 6157-1, SHIPPING AND STORAGE CONTAINERS, and used in support of the F-18 aircraft. The Government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the item. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in Source Approval Information Brochure for Spares.
