Description

This is the synopsis for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) 2019 Purchase Programs. The Fuel procured from this buy will cover various bases in the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore region the United States.The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through September 30, 2020.The Delivery Period is to October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020, with a 30-day Carry Over.The methods of delivery will be By Tanker, Barge, Truck, and Pipeline.The Total Estimated Quantities are as follows:Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8) 9130-01-031-5816, PP 2.2b/ ~ 3,775,000 USGTurbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5) 9130-00-273-2379, PP 2.2d/ ~ 125,889,000 USGTurbine Fuel, Aviation (JAA) 9130-00-359-2026, PP 2.2b/ ~ 573,511,000 USGTurbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1) 9130-00-753-5026, PP 2.2b/ ~ 66,550,000 USGFuel, Naval Distillate?(F76) 9140-00-273-2377, PP 2.5b/ ~ 101,678,000 USGDLA Energy is seeking to increase Small Business participation in our solicitations. For this solicitation, an estimated 47.39% of the fuel quantity is been set-aside for small business concerns.If you are a designated Small Business in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Please remember to make sure your System for Award Management (SAM) designation is correct.DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement.The usage of the Bulk OET is MANDATORY for the 2019 Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore solicitation.The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to Electronically Submit and Sign their offer (including the SF 1449).
