- The purpose of this change dated 2 December 2019 is to extend the response date of the additional information requested from Industry from 3 December 2019 by 1200 PM EST to 10 December 2019 by 1200 PM EST. This date will be confirmed tomorrow, 3 December 2019 when the Q&As are posted. ****************************************************************************************************************The purpose of this change dated 21 November 2019 is to extend the response date of the additional information requested from Industry from 25 November 2019 by 1200 PM EST to 3 December 2019 by 1200 PM EST. Please note that the amendment dated 14 November 2019 was NOT a RFP. It was request for additional information from Industry. **************************************************************************************************************The purpose of this amendment dated 14 November 2019 is to gather additional information from Industry regarding the following: Based on the draft Statement of Work (SOW-UV BWTS) and Baseline Design Requirements documents (MFR UV BWTS BDRD 2019-11-07 for Public Release) provided as an attachment to this notice, would you be able to fully price a proposal based on the requirements specified therein, to include at a minimum: General Requirements at Section 3.1 Phase One - Design (Section 3.2) Phase Two - Manufacturing (Section 3.3) Phase Three - Testing (Section 3.4) Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and Contract Data Rights List (CDRL) (Exhibit A and TDP sections in the SOW) Data Rights (Section 4)2. If so, to what degree of confidence would you be able to price a proposal for contract years 2, 3, 4, and 5 outside of the Design and TDP?3. If not, what cost factors or cost elements or section of the Statement of Work and/or Baseline Design Requirement Documents precludes you from being able to reasonably propose the cost/price for each contract year (1 thru 5)?4. If you are unable to fully price a proposal based on the requirements specified therein, how much of the requirement would you be able to price? And, to what degree of confidence would you be able to price a proposal for the same (portion(s) of the requirement that can be priced) for contract years 2, 3, 4, and 5?To ensure a timely response, please submit all questions to the POCs identified below no later than 20 November 2019 by 1000 EST. We kindly request a response in a word document no later than 25 November 2019 by 1200 PM EST.
