- The Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Service Division is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for the supplies/ services listed below. The North American Industry Classification System Code 332410 - Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing. This requirement will be procurement sole source through Swagelok (3T9T9) which is a Large Business for the required direct OEM replacement parts through authorized local distributor, Dibert Valve and Fitting Co., Inc. (7E159) .The contract line item (CLINs) is as follows.CLIN 0001: 10 each, panel 500, DIBRT-120517-500, REV9, CVN SG N2 Sparge & Overpressure.There is no Request for Quote at this time.
