- Contracting at the Miami VA Medical Center is seeking sources capable of providing and installing audio/visual equipment to create a functional emergency control center in Miami VA Medical Center room 2E123 (conference room). Contractor will provide all necessary equipment, accessories, wiring, programming, and installation. Installation will also include six government-provided monitors/mounts.A site visit will be held, time/date to be specified in upcoming request for quotes. If interested, please respond to this notice with your company s DUNS number and size status. This information will assist the Contracting Officer in determining a set aside. Award likely to be made on or before January 10, 2020.Note: a blank price sheet is provided for informational purposes only. The price sheet illustrates the needed supply items and specifies certain brand names for performance/illustrative purposes, however the request for quotes will be issued as brand name or equal , so bidders are free to propose brand name or alternate solutions.
