- The Delaware Army National Guard, located in New Castle DE intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Kent County Regional Sports Complex Corporation of 4000 Bay Rd Frederica 19946. Kent County Regional Sports Complex Corporation will provide prepared physical advertising signs, social media advertising, as well as various tabling events.The requirement will be sole sourced to Kent County Regional Sports Complex Corporation in order to provide the prepared physical advertising signs, social media advertising, as well as vendor space for a year long duration. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541850 and has a size standard of $14.0 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 1600 PM.
