- Description
- Enterprise Services Acquisition (ESA), on behalf of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with INFO-TECH RESEARCH GROUP INC. of Las Vegas, NV for the procurement of Info-Tech Memberships. This acquisition will be made under the authority of 41 USC 3304(a) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2).Enterprise Services Acquisition (ESA) intends to procure the required services under a firm fixed price order.National Telecommunications & Information Administration (NTIA), Information Technology Division (ITD) seeks to procure an IT research and advisory tool to support IT management. These subscriptions provide objective research, advisory and executive support services to support senior Information Technology leaders in making better technology decisions. These subscriptions assist ITD to enhance the performance and cost efficiency of IT management and support strategic IT business objectives.InfoTech is the sole source provider for the required memberships that meets the Government's minimum requirements which makes them uniquely qualified.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519, with a size standard of $27.5M.A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by December 10, 2019 @ 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be considered by the Government.
