However, work be performed at the following VA facility: WEST LOS ANGELES MEDICAL CENTER 11301 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD WEST LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA 90073.as a Total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 236220, General Construction. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $36.5M.� The resulting contract will be a firm fixed construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is intended to be 14 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Between $200,000 and $300,000.It is anticipated that a Solicitation will be issued in December 2019. Solicitation documents, including contract drawings and specifications, will be available electronically on or about Wednesday, December 18, 2018 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested bidders should search for solicitation 36C25820B0005 to access solicitation documents and any amendments. A ninety (90) day bid acceptance period will be required. Bid Bond will be required. Only hardcopy of bids will be accepted. A Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held; date, time, and location to be provided with the solicitation. Important information:� The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with this Pre Solicitation Notice.� This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.� The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.� The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside.
