- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C252-20-Q-0170 for Radiation Protection Survey (Radiation Physicist) services at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wi. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or around November 29, 2019. The contractor shall provide all services for CT, Radiology and Dental Units. The contractor shall make these Radiation Physicist services available to the VA as needed.The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for a five-year ordering period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380. This procurement is set aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127.
