- Description
- The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation-Marine Systems (NGSC-MS), Sunnyvale, CA for Engineering, Field Operations, Program Management and Production Activities in support of the Underwater Launcher Subsystem.
