- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to issue a request for quotes for Janitorial Services for 10 buildings located at Moore Air Base, 22675 N. Moorefield Road, Edinburg Texas 78541. APHIS contemplates the award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for Janitorial Services for the 10 buildings that are occupied by APHIS PPQ Services. This will be for base year and 4 option years, total of 5 years.The NAICS code is 561720. This will be a small business set-aside. The solicitation 126395Q003178541 and all other documents related to this procurement will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or around November 23, 2019. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE OFFERED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. Offerors can view and/or download the RFQ and attachments at https://www.fbo.gov (FBO) when the RFQ is posted. Interested parties can register under the Interested Vendors List at FBO. This will be the only method of amendment distribution; therefore, it is the OFFERORS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THE SOLICITATION. Prospective Offerors MUST register themselves on the website.
