- Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for brushing grasses and vegetation from the top and side slopes of the flood control levees. Equipment and operator furnished under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to and used at the Stillaguamish Federal Project in Arlington, WA and multiple locations along the river downstream of Arlington, WA and at the Tacoma/Puyallup Federal Project in Tacoma, WA. Brushing will coordinated with the On-site Government representative.
