West: 560 W to N 560 W to W Amelia Earhart Dr. to John Glenn Rd.Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,256Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,500Wareyard: Approx. 7,800 SFSpace Type:Office, Warehouse, WareyardParking Spaces (Total):16 reserved parking spaces - pull through spaces to accommodate trucks and trailersFull Term:10 YearsFirm Term:10 YearsOption Term:Two, 5-year optionsAdditional Requirements: Occupancy must be in contiguous space. Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
