- Pre-Solicitation NoticeRepair Steam and Condensate Lines Central Steam Boiler 7CCDESCRIPTION NAVFAC MIDLANT Public Works Department for Naval Station Newport is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Central Steam Boiler Plant 7CC Repairs located on Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI 02841.THE WORK CONSIST OF: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to replace boiler feed water piping, valves, insulation, hangars/supports; Replace “Hot Well” storage tank. This work is in support of the existing Central Steam Boiler Plant 7CC located on Naval Station NewportThis is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and Scope of Work, Specifications and Drawings, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be posted as a solicitation approximately 15 days from the date of this Pre-Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of 16.5 Million.ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACITVE REGISTERATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
