- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS), West Coast Regional Office requires a new 22 foot length of hull (LOH), commercial duty, fiberglass hull workboat powered by twin outboard engines for use in SCUBA diving, resource protection and education operations off the coast of Central California.This notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, is posted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), to announce the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The RFQ is a firm-fixed-price solicitation set-aside for small business.
