DESCRIPTION:NSN(s): 4820-01-306-3275Item Description:COCK, POPPET DRAINThis item has technical data some or all of which is subject toexport-control of either the International Traffic in Arms Regulations(ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and cannot beexported without the authorization of either the Department of State orthe Department of Commerce prior to export. Export includes disclosureof technical data to foreign nationals whether located in the UnitedStates or abroad. This requirement applies equally to foreign nationalemployees or U.S. companies and their foreign subsidiaries.DLA has enhanced its Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration andvalidation procedures. Selected National Stock Numbers (NSNs) willrequire additional permissions to access the associated technical data. In the event a vendor cannot access the technical data for a NSN in DLAcFolders, the vendor must submit a onetime request tojcpvalidation@dla.mil for technical data access consideration. If avendor has inquiries after having submitted required information to theJCP office, these inquiries are to be directed toDLAJ344DataCustodian@dla.mil.DLA processes the vendor's technical data request on a first come, firstserved basis. Failure to comply timely with required information mayresult in lack of consideration for DLA solicitations. It is vitallyimportant that vendors provide correct company official name(s) andcontact information in all correspondence. DLA will work diligently onvalidating vendor requests. Vendors will be notified within 3 businessdays of when their requests were approved.
